Partnership-Track General Anesthesiologist — Bethlehem, PA (Full-Time, Competitive Salary)

We're a growing private anesthesia practice of 63 physicians and 105 CRNAs seeking a full‑time, partnership‑track anesthesiologist to join our team in Bethlehem, PA. This is an opportunity for generalists with strong regional anesthesia skills; current residents (class of 2022) are encouraged to apply, and applicants with fellowship training will receive strong consideration.

Our group provides comprehensive perioperative care across a broad case mix. In addition to a dedicated, fellowship‑trained cardiothoracic anesthesia team, we cover orthopedics, thoracic, neurosurgery, urology, GYN, ENT, vascular and general surgery.

Call schedule

• In‑house (first) call: once every 14 days. Weekday in‑house call typically begins 3–4 PM and ends at 7 AM the following morning. Weekend in‑house call is 24 hours (7 AM–7 AM). You will be supported by 2–3 CRNAs who take 24‑hour call with you.
• Backup (second) call: also once every 14 days.

Compensation and partnership

• Year 1 starting salary: $400,000; Year 2: $425,000.
• Partnership is voted on after 18 months and granted at completion of two years; partner income averages over $450,000 per year.
