Hours: 36 hours/week
Rate: Travel: $1,580/36-hours
Required:
- Active Registered Nurse license for the state of assignment
- BLS certification
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and implement nursing care according to physician orders and facility protocols.
- Administer medications and collect specimens for diagnostic testing.
- Perform ongoing patient assessments, implement interventions, and document patient status and progress.
- Assist with procedures and collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to support treatment plans.
- Document all nursing activities, assessments, interventions, patient education, and responses in medical records.
- Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment; enforce facility rules and supervise patient conduct as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
