An non-profit independent hospital-employed practice in Northwest Arkansas is seeking a BE/BC Otolaryngologist to step into an established, high-volume surgical practice with immediate demand. This is an outstanding opportunity for an ENT physician seeking a surgery-heavy practice with an excellent work-life balance and minimal call responsibilities. This position replaces a very busy physician who recently relocated, creating immediate volume and a strong referral pipeline in the community.

Year 1 total compensation: $692,000, Years 2-3 compensation: expected total annual $778,000+ Base of $519,000.
Incentive Compensation (per wRVU over 7,500 - 625 wRVU's per month) at $72: $216,000.00.
Approximately 80% surgical / 20% clinic.
