- Join 1 physician and 1 NP.
- This site is a well-established Rural Health clinic offering comprehensive on-site services, including X-ray and lab services.
- The location also provides access to a range of specialty services
- Rural Health Center
- Office Hours: Monday through Thursday, 7 am to 5 pm; Friday 7 am to 4 pm.
