- Schedule: May 4–8 and May 11–15
- Hours: 7a–3p (6a start first day for orientation)
- Clinic + Call (1–2 call days per week)
- Call Type: Beeper
- Response Time: 30 minutes
- Setting: Inpatient
- EMR: Meditech

**Clinical Details**
- 4:1 medically directed CRNA supervision
- Must be able to run own room if needed
- 19 ORs, 5 Endoscopy rooms, 1 Maternity suite
- Broad case mix including general, OB, vascular, thoracic, and ortho
- Procedures include regional, spinal, epidural, central lines, arterial lines
- Open to add-on cases beyond scheduled hours

**Requirements**
- Board Certified Anesthesiology
- Active Ohio license or IMLC
- ACLS, BLS, and PALS required
- Credentialing timeframe: ~90 days

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided
