**Assignment Details**

- Schedule: Full-time, consistent coverage required
- Setting: Outpatient Urgent Care

**Clinical Details**
- ~40 patients per day (up to 60 at peak)
- All ages seen (6 months+)
- Urgent care cases: I&D, laceration repair, ear irrigation, minor procedures
- Solo provider model with MA and office staff support
- Supervising physician available offsite
- Must manage full patient flow independently

**Requirements**
- Board Certified NP or PA (NCCPA/FNP)
- Active North Carolina license required
- NC DEA required
- BLS required
- Minimum 12 months experience (no new grads)
- Must be comfortable treating adult and pediatric patients
- Must be local (within 60-mile radius; mileage only reimbursed)
- Epic proficiency required
- Credentialing timeframe: ~20 days

**Compensation**
