**Locums | CRNA | Clinic + Call | Kirksville, MO**
**Why This Role**
- Ongoing coverage with multiple providers needed
- Predictable daytime schedule with backup call only
- Team-based model with physician-led anesthesia support
**Assignment Details**
- Start: ASAP
- End: Ongoing
- Schedule: 6:30a–3p shifts
- Coverage: Clinic + Call (2nd call / backup only)
- Call Type: Backup (physician is first call)
- Response Time: 30 minutes
- Setting: Inpatient
- EMR: Paper charting
**Clinical Details**
- Medical direction model (CRNAs do not work independently)
- Backup call only when additional coverage needed
- Broad case mix: general, ortho, neuro, thoracic, vascular, peds
- OB support as needed (rare epidurals)
- CRNAs do not perform peripheral blocks
- Collaborative OR environment with physician oversight
**Requirements**
- NBCRNA certified
- Active Missouri license required
- Active CSR and DEA required
- ACLS required
- Must provide full submission details (phone, email, DOB, address, license info)
- Provider must live 90+ miles from facility
- Credentialing timeframe: ~90 days
**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided
- Travel: Reimbursed
