**About the Position**
A Family Medicine Physician is sought to join a well-established outpatient clinic within a respected community hospital. This role offers a balanced schedule, strong support staff, and the opportunity to build meaningful, long-term patient relationships.

-Outpatient-only practice, Monday–Friday
-36 patient contact hours + ½ day administrative time
-Flexible schedule options (7:30a–4:30p or 8:00a–5:00p)
-Average 16–18 patients per day
-Team of 2 physicians and 4 nurse practitioners
-Fully staffed clinic with care management team and onsite pharmacy
-Opportunity to perform minor in-office procedures

**Call**
-1:7 shared call rotation
-Approximately 4–5 days per month
-Nurse triage system in place

**Practice Setting**
-48-bed independent community hospital
-Strong referral base with expanding primary care network
-Physician-driven, collaborative culture
-Fully integrated Cerner EMR system

**Compensation and Benefits**
-Base salary: $250,000 – $350,000
-$50K sign-on bonus
-Up to $150K student loan repayment

**Qualifications**
-MD or DO
