Psychiatrist - Inpatient - Duluth, Minnesota

Join Aspirus Health in Duluth, Minnesota as an Inpatient Psychiatrist in our team-based, multidisciplinary behavioral health team.

OPPORTUNITY:

·       Full-time position

·       Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

·       Participation in on-call rotation required

·       24-bed, adult-only behavioral health unit

·       Serves patients with a wide range of psychiatric diagnoses

·       Patients requiring acute medical care are transferred to the hospital medical floor

·       No detoxification services provided on the unit

·       Dedicated social work support for discharge planning and post-acute placement

·       Support for medication-assisted treatment, including buprenorphine (Suboxone) and methadone

·       Inclusive care environment with support for gender-affirming treatment
