Travel RN Float Pool / Med-Surg / Telemetry (Kealakekua, HI)

Join a dynamic team in Kealakekua, HI as a contracted Registered Nurse supporting Med-Surg, Telemetry, and Float Pool units. This ASAP start position offers $2,564 per 40-hour week and the opportunity to practice across varied patient-care settings while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in the practicing state.
• Clinical experience in med-surg, telemetry, or float pool nursing preferred.
• Strong assessment, critical-thinking, and communication skills.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred for telemetry assignments.

Core responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor vital signs across different units.
• Safely administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions.
• Recognize and respond to changes in patient condition, escalating care appropriately.
• Provide patient- and family-centered education on treatment plans and health management.
• Adapt quickly to unit workflows and work collaboratively with physicians, therapists, and support staff to deliver high-quality care.
