Orthopedic PA/NP — Littleton NH | $110–$130K, Relocation, Loan Repayment & Comprehensive Benefits

Join an established orthopedic practice in Littleton, NH as a full-time Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with orthopedic experience and proficiency in trigger point injections.

What you’ll do:

• Evaluate patients, review histories, and diagnose musculoskeletal conditions (fractures, sprains, arthritis, etc.)
• Order and interpret diagnostic studies (X-ray, MRI, labs)
• Develop and implement treatment plans including medications, physical therapy, injections, and surgical referral
• Assist with and perform orthopedic procedures as appropriate (arthroscopy, fracture care, joint replacement support)
• Prescribe and monitor rehabilitation protocols and progress
• Provide patient education on injury prevention and musculoskeletal health
• Collaborate with physical and occupational therapists and other clinicians to deliver coordinated care
• Maintain accurate medical records and communicate effectively with patients, families, and the care team

Qualifications:

• Current PA or NP license with an active New Hampshire license and DEA registration
• Demonstrated orthopedic clinical experience and competence with trigger point injections

Compensation & benefits:

• Competitive salary range: $110,000–$130,000
