General Neurology Physician (Hospital-Employed) — Visa Sponsorship, Littleton NH

Join a collaborative team where you’ll diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of neurological conditions while helping patients improve their quality of life. You’ll work alongside a multidisciplinary group in a hospital-employed General Neurology/Neurophysiology role, joining and expanding an established program currently staffed by one other neurologist.

What you’ll do:

• Provide comprehensive neurological care, from evaluation and diagnosis to treatment and long-term management.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues across specialties to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.
• Help grow and shape the neurology service as the program expands.
• Use neurophysiology skills (EMG experience is a plus) when appropriate to support diagnosis and treatment planning.

• Compensation: $400,000–$450,000+ (dependent on experience) plus full benefits

Minimum qualifications:

• MD or DO degree
• Completion of an accredited Neurology residency
• Board certification or eligibility in Neurology
• Valid medical license to practice in New Hampshire
• EMG experience/training is preferred but not required
