Outpatient Family/Internal Medicine Physician — Littleton, NH (4x10s, 3-Day Weekends, $275–325K)

Join a well-established outpatient practice in Littleton, NH, serving the Grafton County community for over a century. We are seeking a Board-certified or Board-eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join a busy, stable patient base—with strong potential to build a full panel quickly.

• Annual salary: $275,000–$325,000 (DOE)

Schedule & clinical practice

• Full-time: four 10-hour weekday shifts (either Monday or Friday off)
• Call: 1:4 (phone only; inpatient admits managed by hospitalist team)
• Typical daily patient volume: 15–20; appointment lengths 20–40 minutes
• EMR: Cerner

Qualifications

• BE or BC in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• New Hampshire medical license and DEA required
