Join a busy inpatient team in Yakima, WA as a locum tenens CRNA supporting a Medically Supervised (ACT model) anesthesia service. Coverage is needed ASAP and ongoing, providing supplemental clinical-only coverage on 12-hour shifts, typically 3–5 night shifts per week.

What you'll do

• Provide anesthesia care across a broad surgical mix: ENT, general surgery, GI endoscopy, GYN, podiatry, OB, orthopedics (including complete ortho), pediatric cases, robotic procedures, urology, and vascular cases. No CT or neurosurgery cases. Additional coverage includes cardiac, regional, and thoracic cases.
• Deliver general anesthesia for adults, pediatrics, and trauma patients.
• Perform spinal and epidural anesthesia and cover obstetrical cases as required.
• Support trauma level III services.

Work environment & caseload

• Main operating room suite: 7 ORs
• Adjacent Surgi-Center: 4 ORs
• Other procedure areas: 2 GI treatment rooms, 1 bronchoscopy room, and 1 cath lab
• Electronic medical record: Epic
• Temporary privileges available

Requirements

• Active Washington license or compact license
• Board certified or board eligible (BC/BE)
• BLS and ACLS (Red Cross or AHA)
