OB/GYN Physician — Colorado Springs (Outpatient/Inpatient, L&D + CSections, Epic, Coverage ASAP)

Seeking an OB/GYN to provide supplemental clinical and in-house call coverage in Colorado Springs, CO. This permanent position supports both outpatient and inpatient care, with an immediate start and ongoing coverage. Standard shift is 8:00–17:00 with 24-hour in-house call (8:00–8:00). Practice mix includes approximately 70% low-risk pregnancy, 10% high-risk pregnancy, and 30% C-section involvement. Typical patient census is 20, averaging eight deliveries and eight surgeries per week. You will join a team of five physicians supported by two APPs. Onsite resources include lab and ultrasound, and the EMR is Epic.

Scope of practice:

• Manage low-risk pregnancies and patients with pre-existing conditions (e.g., history of twins, preeclampsia, pyelonephritis, hyperemesis).
• Fetal heart rate interpretation (NST/CST/FSE).
• Labor & delivery care: routine vaginal deliveries, low forceps, decision-making for and performing C-sections, complicated deliveries (breech, multiple births, abruptions), VBACs, and repair of 3rd–4th degree lacerations.

Requirements:

• Active Colorado medical license or participation in IMLC
• Board certification in OB/GYN
• Clean professional record and NPDB report
