**Clinical Details**
- Outpatient hematology and oncology care
- Case mix approximately 60% oncology and 40% hematology
- Infusion services available with dedicated nursing support
- Collaborative team environment with established workflows

**Requirements**
- Board certified or board eligible in Hematology/Oncology
- Active Washington license preferred or IMLC accepted
- Fellowship training required
- DEA required
- NPDB self-query required within 30 days of presentation

**Compensation**
