- Operative/major (includes diagnostic) (ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal, cystectomy, extensive LOA's)

- Level II/Targeted (anatomic)

- Laser certification
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Board: BC/BE within 5 years of residency
- Licenses: Licensed in CA
- DEA: CA DEA required
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS
- Experience: Providers must have case logs to be credentialed for hospital coverage
- Provide OBGYN coverage in both clinic and hospital settings.
- Perform routine and complicated deliveries.
- Manage clinic patient volume and surgical gynecology cases.
- Participate in call rotation for hospital coverage.
- Maintain accurate case logs for hospital credentialing.
