Join a collaborative healthcare team in Montesano, WA as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant on a 14-week contract. Start ASAP and provide hands-on support to help patients regain independence and improve daily functioning.

- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 08:00 AM–04:30 PM
- Compensation: Travel: $2,244/35 hrs; Local: $2,212/35 hrs
Requirements:
- Valid, active Occupational Therapy Assistant state license
Core Responsibilities:
- Support the Occupational Therapist in evaluating patients’ physical and functional abilities
- Help develop and implement individualized treatment plans and therapeutic activities
- Facilitate interventions to improve motor skills, mobility, and independence in daily tasks
- Instruct patients and families in safe use of assistive devices, adaptive equipment, and home exercise programs
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation of treatments, progress, and condition changes
- Communicate and coordinate with the OT and interdisciplinary team to ensure cohesive care
- Follow safety and infection-control protocols to maintain a safe therapy environment
- Provide encouragement and emotional support to patients working toward therapy goals
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
