• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 08:00 AM–04:30 PM
• Compensation: Travel: $2,244/35 hrs; Local: $2,212/35 hrs

Requirements:

• Valid, active Occupational Therapy Assistant state license

Core Responsibilities:

• Support the Occupational Therapist in evaluating patients’ physical and functional abilities
• Help develop and implement individualized treatment plans and therapeutic activities
• Facilitate interventions to improve motor skills, mobility, and independence in daily tasks
• Instruct patients and families in safe use of assistive devices, adaptive equipment, and home exercise programs
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of treatments, progress, and condition changes
• Communicate and coordinate with the OT and interdisciplinary team to ensure cohesive care
• Follow safety and infection-control protocols to maintain a safe therapy environment
• Provide encouragement and emotional support to patients working toward therapy goals
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
