Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Minimum 2 years ER and/or ICU experience preferred
• BLS and ACLS required; PALS, TNCC, CCRN preferred
• Strong critical thinking, multitasking, and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts in a high-acuity environment
• Proficient with EMR documentation

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform rapid assessments and initiate appropriate nursing interventions for emergent patients
• Provide critical care and emergency treatment to unstable/high-acuity patients
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and life-support treatments; monitor infusion therapy
• Monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and ventilator settings; recognize and escalate changes
• Respond to medical emergencies, including codes and trauma activations
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary team members
• Document patient care accurately and timely in the EMR
• Adhere to patient safety, infection control, and facility policies and procedures
