Travel RN Pre-op/PACU in Great Falls, MT | $2,004/40-hr, ASAP Contract (BLS/ACLS)

Join a surgical team in Great Falls, MT on a contract/travel assignment (ASAP start). This 40-hour assignment pays $2,004 weekly and seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for pre-operative and PACU care.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in the practicing state
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Perioperative or PACU experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced surgical environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and prepare patients for surgery, including comprehensive review of history and vital signs
• Monitor and manage patients in the PACU, addressing pain control and recovery from anesthesia
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility protocols
• Accurately document care and maintain medical records
• Provide clear pre- and post-operative education to patients and families
• Adhere to infection control, safety procedures, and hospital policies
