This role is ideal for a nurse practitioner or physician assistant seeking flexible night shifts, a collaborative practice environment, and affiliation with a highly regarded health system.

Opportunity Overview:
- Night shifts only
- Hospital medicine service
- Competitive per diem hourly rate
- Collaborative physician and APC model
- Epic EMR
- Overnight admissions 4 to 6
- APRN or PA-C
- Experienced NP or relevant inpatient PA experience preferred
- Prior hospital medicine and/or nocturnist experience strongly preferred
- Active or eligible Connecticut license
- Current BLS and ACLS
- Comfortable working independently overnight with physician support
