**Locums | Neurosurgery PA | Clinic + Call | Tampa, FL**

**Assignment Details**
- Coverage type: Scheduled clinical hours + call
- Start date: ASAP
- End date: Ongoing
- Practice setting: Inpatient
- Schedule: Full-time 40 hours/week with call rotation or 7 on/7 off
- Patients per shift: Varies
- Admissions required: No
- Rounding: Assigned and unassigned patients
- EMR: Cerner
**Clinical Details**
- Inpatient neurosurgery rounding and first assist responsibilities
- Adult and pediatric patient population
- Call rotation approximately 1:4–1:5 for nights and weekends
- Collaborative team of 5 neurosurgeons and 4 APPs
- Level II trauma environment
**Requirements**
- Active Florida license required
- Board certified Physician Assistant required
- Minimum 2 years of neurosurgery experience required
- ACLS and BLS required
- Must be able to work at least 2 weeks per month
**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided
- Travel: Reimbursed
