**Locums | CRNA | No Call | Duluth, MN**
**Why This Role**
- Ongoing CRNA coverage at a Level I trauma center with diverse case mix
- Flexible scheduling with multiple shift options across several sites
- Collegial, medically directed anesthesia team with strong support
**Assignment Details**
- Coverage type: No call
- Start date: June 1, 2026
- End date: Ongoing
- Practice setting: Inpatient and outpatient
- Schedule: 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts (weekdays) and 12 or 16-hour shifts (weekends)
- Patients per shift: 2 longer cases or 3–4 shorter cases per day
- Admissions required: No
- Rounding: None
- EMR: Epic
**Clinical Details**
- Full-scope anesthesia including cardiac, neuro, OB, ortho, vascular, thoracic, and pediatric cases
- Coverage across ORs, cath lab, GI, EP, MRI, CT, and outpatient centers
- Level I trauma center with high-acuity cases
- Medically directed, team-based model with anesthesiologist support
- Multiple practice locations including hospital and surgery centers
**Requirements**
- Board certified CRNA required
- No specific state license required to bid
- Must be comfortable with full-scope, high-acuity anesthesia
- BLS/ACLS certification required or ability to obtain
**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided
- Travel: Reimbursed
