Facility: 475-bed, Level II Trauma center
Service setting: Inpatient and outpatient

Schedule: 32–40 hours/week (8–10 hour shifts), Monday–Friday
Patient demographics: Adult and pediatric
Patient volume: ~50 surgical cases daily
EMR: Epic
Travel/lodging/malpractice: Covered

Core responsibilities:

• Administer anesthesia for general surgical procedures
• Provide perioperative anesthesia care for neurosurgical cases
• Perform spinal anesthesia and local infiltration anesthesia
• Manage ventilation and monitor respiratory/airway status
• Maintain continuous patient monitoring and documentation
• Deliver anesthesia under direct supervision
• Respond to emergencies and perform airway management

Requirements:

• Active MI license
• Board certified
• Clean professional record
• ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications
• Minimum 1 year CRNA experience
