**About the Position**
A General Surgeon is sought to join a well-established, hospital-employed group within a financially strong health system. This opportunity offers a balanced schedule, strong mentorship, and proximity to Chicago with access to both urban amenities and suburban lifestyle.
-Full-time, employed position
-Mix of inpatient and outpatient practice
-Monday–Friday schedule with flexibility
-Average 15 clinic patients per day
-Call rotation: 1:5
-Opportunity to develop subspecialty interests and shape practice

-EPIC EMR across inpatient and outpatient settings with AI functionality
