Assignment Type: Contract / Travel — Long Term Care (SNF)
Shift: Evenings
Schedule: Every other weekend required; holiday coverage required
Pay: $1,312 for 32 hours OR $1,640 for 40 hours
Required Qualifications:
- Active Michigan LPN license
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Skilled Nursing Facility/Long Term Care or Med-Surg
- BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- COVID-19 vaccination
- Previous travel assignment experience
- Home/taxable address in the U.S.
Duties: Provide standard LPN nursing care for long-term care residents per facility policies, including medication administration, wound care, documentation, patient assessment, and coordination with interdisciplinary team.
