Registered Nurse — Behavioral/Mental Health (Varied Shifts) — Grand Rapids, MI

Join a faith-rooted behavioral health team in Grand Rapids, MI. This full-time RN role starts 05/04/2026, with varied shifts and occasional weekend coverage as needed. You’ll provide psychiatric nursing care in a diverse community setting, working with patients who have complex physical, emotional, social, cultural, and spiritual needs.

What we’re looking for

• Active Michigan RN license required.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) highly preferred.
• Professional knowledge of psychiatric nursing theory (ideally from an accredited school of nursing) is highly preferred.
• Satisfactory prior clinical experience preferred; new grads will be considered—psych or ED experience is a plus.
• Ability to provide culturally inclusive, patient-centered care across a wide range of individuals.
• Emotional and physical stamina to work in potentially adverse environments.
• Strong analytical skills to collect, interpret, and communicate complex patient data to providers and the care team.

• May require a valid Michigan driver’s license and the ability to access Pine Rest transportation vehicles for job duties.
