Travel Registered Nurse (RN) — Emergency Room (ER) — Fort Defiance, AZ — Contract/36-hr

Rate: $2,686 per 36-hour week

Required credentials and qualifications:

• Active RN license in the practicing state
• BLS required
• ER experience or acute care background preferred
• ACLS, PALS, or TNCC preferred
• Strong clinical skills, critical thinking, and effective communication

Primary responsibilities:

• Triage and assess patients on arrival
• Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions per protocol
• Monitor patient status; report changes to physicians and the care team
• Maintain accurate documentation of care and patient records
• Provide patient and family education on treatment and follow-up
• Participate in ER quality improvement and safety initiatives
