LPN Post-Acute/LTC (Lewiston, ME) | Contract Travel, $1,972/40hrs, Immediate Start

Join a busy post-acute/long-term care team in Lewiston, ME — contract/travel assignment starting ASAP. This role is full-time (40 hours) with a pay rate of $1,972 per 40-hour week.

What you’ll be doing:

• Deliver hands-on nursing care to post-acute and long-term care residents.
• Monitor vital signs, recognize changes, and promptly report concerns.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders.
• Provide wound care and perform basic procedures within LPN scope.
• Support care planning and rehabilitation efforts.
• Supervise CNAs and other support staff as needed.
• Educate residents and families about care plans and follow-up.
• Accurately document care and resident status in the EMR.

What we’re looking for:

• Active LPN license in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• BLS certification required.
• Previous post-acute or long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced care environment.
