Requirements:

• Active RN license in the state of practice
• Medical-surgical experience preferred
• BLS required; ACLS preferred depending on patient population
• Strong clinical assessment, documentation, organizational, and communication skills

Core Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor patient conditions and vital signs routinely
• Safely administer medications, treatments, and interventions
• Accurately document care and report significant changes to the healthcare team
• Provide patient and family education related to care plans and health management
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to coordinate and optimize patient care
