Locum Tenens Developmental Pediatrician — Outpatient, Hershey PA (MonFri, ASAPDec 2026)

We’re seeking a board-certified (or board-eligible) pediatrician with a focus in developmental pediatrics to provide outpatient locum tenens coverage in Hershey, PA. This is a supplemental clinical-only role starting ASAP through December 31, 2026, with a standard Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.). Telehealth is required one day per week.

What you’ll be doing

• Evaluate and manage developmentally delayed pediatric patients in an outpatient setting.
• Perform diagnostic testing and follow-up care tailored to developmental needs.
• Keep a regular 8-hour weekday schedule and collaborate with on-site staff.

Patient and clinical setting

• Typical caseload: about 8 patients per day.
• Case mix: children with developmental delays.
• EMR: Cerner.
• Facility: Level I trauma center with PEDS Level I support.
• On-site team includes 1 RN, 2 MAs, and 4 office staff.

Requirements and credentials

• Board Certification in Pediatrics required (BC) — board eligible accepted.
• Pennsylvania medical license required.
• Current BLS and PALS certifications.
• Developmental pediatrics fellowship preferred but not required.
• Hospital privileges: not required; temporary privileges are not available.
