Location: Mason City, IA (Inpatient)

Assignment Type: Locum Tenens — Supplemental clinical coverage
Coverage Dates: June 7–14, 2026
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Call: Nights and weekends on June 7 & 13; overall call ratio 1:2
Coverage Type: Clinical + Call
Clinical Volume & Facility: ~125 CABG annually; Level II trauma
On-site Requirements / Responsibilities:
- Provide perioperative and inpatient cardiac surgery PA coverage
- Assist in OR (including EVH experience required)
- Manage post-op care, rounds, documentation, and sign-outs
- Participate in call rotations per schedule
Compensation & Support:
- Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance provided
Required Qualifications:
- Active Iowa license (IA)
- Board Certified (BC)
- Minimum 2 years cardiothoracic surgery experience
- ACLS and BLS certifications
- Endoscopic Vein Harvest (EVH) experience
