• Call coverage Mon - Thu 6 pm - 6 am
• 5 - 10 patients per shift
• Inpatient orthopedic trauma coverage
• Reductions, traction pins, and suturing required
• Orthopedic surgeon backup available on call
• 2 - 5 admissions per shift
• Independent practice with unassigned patient rounding
