**Assignment Details**
- Coverage type: Scheduled clinical hours + call
- Start date: ASAP
- End date: Ongoing through December 2026
- Practice setting: Inpatient
- Schedule: Monday–Friday 8–10 hour shifts with overnight and weekend call
- Patients per shift: Varies
- Admissions required: Yes
- Rounding: As needed
- EMR: Epic

**Clinical Details**
- Cardiac anesthesia cases including open heart, thoracic, vascular, and structural heart
- 360–450 cardiac cases annually with 2 cardiac surgeons
- Coverage also includes general OR cases as needed
- Hands-on cases with occasional CRNA supervision
- Additional procedural areas include EP lab, IR, MRI, and endoscopy

**Requirements**
- Board certified in Cardiac Anesthesiology and TEE required
- TEE certification required
- Cardiac anesthesiology fellowship required
- Nebraska license preferred or IMLC accepted
- Clean malpractice and background preferred
- NPDB self-query required within 30 days of presentation
