Location: Bagley, MN _ approximately 70 miles west of Bemidji
Dates: 6/22/2026 _ Ongoing
Rate: Negotiable (tell us your rate)
Scheduling: Full-time
Malpractice & travel/lodging expenses are included.
Job Details
Coverage type: Scheduled clinical hours
Practice setting: Inpatient and outpatient
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week with 1 hour lunch
Patient volume: 8-15 patients per shift
EMR: Epic
Credentialing timeframe: approximately 45 days
Providers requested: 1
Admissions required: No
Clinical Responsibilities
Outpatient and inpatient family medicine care
Evaluation and management of general medical conditions
Routine follow-ups and continuity of care
Use of Epic EMR for all documentation
Requirements
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
Active Minnesota license required or IMLC eligibility
No additional certifications required
