Seeking a BE/BC Emergency Medicine doctor to join hospital.
- Practice in a mission-driven, non-profit Critical Access Hospital that prioritizes work-life balance, professional autonomy, and high-quality, patient-centered emergency care.
- Competitive, Predictable Compensation with a nationally competitive rate and increased pay for all hours worked above 144 per month
- Strong Work-Life Balance with 12-hour shifts and real time off that support a sustainable, rewarding emergency medicine career
- Financial Stability and Growth with opportunities to take on Urgent Care and additional ER shifts at an elevated rate
- Comprehensive Support from experienced nursing, EMS, and ancillary teams in a well-equipped emergency department with strong administrative support
- Robust Benefits Package including a $40,000 relocation bonus, $5,000 for CME, strong healthcare benefits, quality-based bonuses, and potential federal and state student loan forgiveness
- Provide full-spectrum Emergency Medicine care in a fast-paced, high-acuity critical access hospital emergency department averaging approximately 900 visits per month
- Manage a broad range of emergency presentations with access to on-call specialists, diagnostics, imaging, and rapid transfer pathways
- Collaborate with a supportive team of ER nurses, hospitalists, EMS professionals, and ancillary departments
