Located in Midland, Michigan
Full-Time & Permanent
Seeking a BE/BC Pathologist to join hospital.
Requirements:
- Board Certified or Eligible in Pathology
- Active State of Michigan License or eligible to apply
- The candidate is expected to be proficient in general surgical pathology, cytology and clinical pathology.
- Applicants with fellowship training in gastrointestinal pathology or 2-3 years of experience in surgical pathology are preferable but new graduates also encouraged to apply.
- Successful completion of an ACGME approved residency
Details:
- Practice provides anatomic and clinical pathology services for the health system that is comprised of twelve medical centers with 700+ licensed beds systemwide.
- The candidate is expected to be proficient in general surgical pathology, frozen sections, cytology and clinical pathology.
- Autopsies are not performed.
- The surgical pathology service accessions approximately 20,000 cases annually.
