Job Description
- Credentialing, licensure, billing, and collections assistance,
- The ability to change facilities, hours, and roles within IPC's partner organizations,
- Administrative support for office management, allowing you to focus on your patients
- Perform psychiatric initial evaluations and follow‑up assessments for ED and inpatient consults.
- Provide consult liaison services to support staff and ensure timely psychiatric interventions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary support teams to deliver coordinated, high-quality care.
- Maintain accurate, thorough, and timely documentation in line with clinical and regulatory requirements.
- Apply a patient-centered approach to care, tailoring treatment plans to meet individual needs and preferences.
- Maintain reliability with assigned shifts and consult volumes.
- MD or DO with Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Psychiatry.
- Active, unrestricted medical license in Kansas preferred (not required).
- Active DEA registration or eligibility to obtain one.
- Experience with telepsychiatry and managing diverse, multi-age patient populations is highly preferred.
- Must be able to work remotely; candidates can reside anywhere in the U.S. (Kansas licensure preferred).
