Contract Occupational Therapist (OT) — Unity, NH (13-Week Travel Assignment)

Join a 13-week contract opportunity in Unity, NH, starting ASAP. This full-time Occupational Therapy assignment follows a 35-hour weekly schedule (Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM) and offers competitive pay: Travel $1,775/35 hrs or Local $1,750/35 hrs.

Required qualifications

• Active, valid Occupational Therapy license for the practicing state
• Current CPR and BLS certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross (AED included)

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients’ physical, cognitive, and environmental functioning to identify limitations and set measurable goals
• Develop individualized, goal-driven treatment plans in collaboration with patients and the interdisciplinary team
• Implement evidence-based interventions to improve activities of daily living, functional independence, and safety
• Recommend, train in, and fit adaptive equipment and assistive technologies
• Teach and practice daily living tasks to build patient skills and confidence
• Educate patients and families on condition management, compensatory strategies, and community resources
• Monitor, document, and revise treatment progress and outcomes with clear, timely charting
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and support staff to facilitate safe discharge and community/work reintegration
• Pursue ongoing professional development and stay current with occupational therapy best practices
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management
