Contract RN Long-Term Care (13-week, Middletown RI | $1,592/40h, Day Shift)

We’re looking for a Registered Nurse to join a team in Middletown, RI for a 13-week contract starting ASAP. This is a local, non-travel position with a 07:00 AM–03:30 PM shift. Compensation is $1,592 per 40-hour week.

What you’ll bring:

• A valid, active RN license for the state
• Current BLS certification

What you’ll do:

• Plan and deliver nursing care, including medication administration and specimen collection
• Perform ongoing patient assessments, implement interventions, and document progress
• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment planning and assist with procedures as needed
• Prepare and maintain accurate medical records and document all nursing activities, patient education, and assessments
• Help maintain a safe, therapeutic environment—monitor patient conduct and support orderliness
• Carry out other duties as assigned by management
