Join a 14-week contract/travel opportunity in Somerville, OH, starting ASAP. Full-time schedule: Sun–Sat, 08:00 AM–04:30 PM. Compensation: Travel rate $1,775/35 hrs; Local rate $1,750/35 hrs.

Requirements:

• Active, valid Occupational Therapy state license.
• Current CPR and BLS certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross (AED-inclusive).

Position overview:
Provide patient-centered occupational therapy services by assessing physical, cognitive, and environmental factors to identify functional limitations and establish measurable goals. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary care team. Use evidence-based therapeutic techniques and adaptive equipment recommendations to restore or enhance daily living skills and independence. Teach and progress patients through activities of daily living, monitor and document functional gains, and revise interventions as needed. Promote safe community and workplace reintegration, educate patients and caregivers on condition management and compensatory strategies, and maintain accurate evaluations and progress notes. Participate in ongoing professional development and perform other duties as assigned by management.
