Travel RN Dialysis (Bremerton, WA) | $2,131/36-hr Contract, Acute & Ambulatory Experience Preferred

We’re looking for an experienced RN to join a dialysis team in Bremerton, WA on a contract/travel assignment starting ASAP. This role is scheduled for 36 hours with pay at $2,131 per 36-hour week. If you enjoy hands-on patient care, working with a collaborative team, and helping people manage chronic kidney disease, this could be a great fit.

What we’re looking for

• Active RN license or Compact Nurse License.
• Current BLS (American Heart Association) certification.
• At least 1 year of nursing experience, with prior dialysis experience required.
• Acute care or ambulatory nursing background is a plus.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organization skills.

What you’ll do

• Deliver and oversee safe, effective dialysis treatments following established protocols.
• Educate patients and families about their dialysis care, treatment plans, and disease management.
• Support and supervise Dialysis Technicians to maintain consistent, high-quality care.
• Make treatment parameter adjustments under standing orders and physician direction.
• Monitor and document patient responses and clinical outcomes throughout treatment.
• Administer medications per physician orders and facility policy.
• Collaborate closely with nephrologists, social workers, dietitians, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Participate in quality improvement, compliance, and infection-control initiatives.
• Help enhance patient care processes across clinic locations to support continuous improvement.
