Travel Registered Nurse (RN) - Medical-Surgical | Fort Defiance, AZ (36-hr Contract)

Join a travel contract team in Fort Defiance, AZ, starting ASAP for a day-shift assignment. This medical-surgical RN role is a 36-hour week with a pay rate of $2,308 per 36 hours. You’ll work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.

What we’re looking for:

• Active RN license in the practicing state.
• Medical-surgical experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, organization, and clear communication skills.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred depending on patient population.

What you’ll do:

• Perform ongoing assessments and monitor vital signs to identify changes in patient condition.
• Safely administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions.
• Accurately document care and promptly communicate changes to the healthcare team.
• Educate patients and families about care plans, medications, and self-management.
• Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and other team members to ensure smooth, comprehensive care.
