Inpatient Pharmacy Manager needed at Desirable Coastal Virginia Teaching Hospital CPH# JOB-3289898

A well-established, independent acute care health system in Southeastern Virginia is seeking an experienced Inpatient Pharmacy Manager to lead a large, high-functioning hospital pharmacy team. This leadership role oversees ~40 direct reports (pharmacists and technicians) within a 300+ bed hospital and partners closely with the Director of Pharmacy to drive operational excellence, medication safety, and strategic initiatives. The department operates within a hybrid model using EPIC and Pyxis in a modern, recently renovated pharmacy space.

Candidates must have a minimum of a Bachelor's in Pharmacy (PharmD or Master's preferred) along with at least 3 years of hospital experience that includes leadership or management responsibilities. Strong inpatient leadership skills, the ability to manage team dynamics, and familiarity with EPIC are highly preferred. This is a weekday, salaried leadership role with flexibility based on departmental needs.
