• Clinic hours: 9am - 5pm or 8am - 4pm, 2 days per week
• 5 - 10 patients per day, maximum 15 patients
• 3 - 4 new patients daily
• Outpatient clinic setting
• Option for telehealth visits available
• Strictly pain management -- no procedures or injections
• Startup practice with opportunity for full-time expansion
