Overview:
A well-established and financially stable healthcare system is seeking a Board-Certified Radiation Oncologist to join its team at a modern cancer center in Northcentral Pennsylvania. This is an opportunity to work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment supported by experienced clinical staff and advanced technology.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive radiation oncology care to patients
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary cancer care team
Participate in treatment planning and delivery using advanced radiation technologies
Maintain accurate and timely patient records
Adhere to all clinical and regulatory standards

Qualifications:
Board Certified in Radiation Oncology
Current Pennsylvania medical license or eligibility to obtain licensure
Strong commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork

Practice Details:
Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Established practice with dedicated support staff, including social workers, dietitians, radiation oncology nurses, therapists, physicists, and dosimetrists
State-of-the-art radiation oncology center equipped with a TrueBeam Linear Accelerator
Opportunity to collaborate with additional Radiation Oncologists across a multi-hospital system

Compensation & Benefits:

Base salary: $675,000
wRVU-based incentive compensation
$75,000 educational loan assistance
$50,000 sign-on bonus
$15,000 relocation assistance
403(b) retirement plan with 4% employer match
Continuing Medical Education: $3,000 allowance + 40 hours annually
25 days paid time off
Malpractice insurance with tail coverage
