**Clinical Details**
- OB/GYN care including clinic visits, deliveries, and minor procedures
- Case mix includes 70% low-risk OB, 10% high-risk OB, and GYN care
- Approximately 3 deliveries and 8 surgeries per week per provider
- Onsite lab and ultrasound with tech support
- Team includes 5 OB/GYNs and 2 APPs with strong ancillary staff

**Requirements**
- Board certified Nurse Practitioner required
- Active Colorado license preferred
- BLS, ACLS, and NRP required
- OB/GYN experience required
- NPDB required within 30 days of presentation

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
