**Post-Acute Care Medical Director Opening in NC**
Located in Laurinburg, North Carolina

**About the Position**
A physician is sought to join a post-acute care team serving skilled nursing facilities while also providing medical directorship services. This opportunity offers leadership responsibilities, schedule flexibility, strong support, and significant earning potential.
-Full-time schedule (4 days/week)
-Provide rounding services in skilled nursing facilities
-Medical directorship responsibilities with additional stipend income
-Perform comprehensive patient assessments and care planning
-Coordinate multidisciplinary patient care
-Educate patients and families on treatment and preventive strategies
-New graduates encouraged to apply
**Practice Setting**
-Post-acute care environment with strong operational and clinical support
-Comprehensive 3-month onboarding and mentorship program
-Dedicated clinical field mentor and leadership guidance
-Participation in TeamACO Medicare Shared Savings Program
-Access to population health tools and quality improvement resources
-Medical Director Leadership Academy for leadership development
**Compensation and Benefits**
-Estimated compensation: $352K–$390K annually
-Uncapped productivity earning potential
