**About the Position**
A physician is sought to join a post-acute care team providing skilled nursing facility care while serving in a medical directorship role. This opportunity offers leadership responsibilities, schedule flexibility, and strong earning potential within a supportive clinical environment.

-Full-time schedule (4–5 days/week)
-Provide rounding services in skilled nursing facilities
-Medical directorship responsibilities with additional stipend income
-Perform comprehensive patient assessments and care planning
-Monitor patient progress and coordinate multidisciplinary care
-Educate patients and families on treatment and preventive strategies

**Qualifications**
-MD or DO
-Eligible for New York medical license and DEA
