Locums OBGYN Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

We are seeking a Locums OBGYN Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide Labor & Delivery coverage at a respected medical center in Milford, MA. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative women’s health environment with strong physician support and a diverse clinical scope.

 

Compensation: $100 Per Hour

 

Assignment Details

• Approximately 12–15 shifts per month available
• Schedule averages 40 hours per week
• 3 shifts per week
• Shift options include:
• 7:00 AM – 8:15 PM
• 7:00 PM – 8:15 AM
• Rotating days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• EMR: Epic
• Inpatient and outpatient responsibilities

 

Clinical Responsibilities

• Manage labor and deliveries alongside the laborist team
• Perform and assist with:
• C-sections
• Repair of episiotomies
• GYN surgical cases (when available)
• Conduct patient rounding, triage evaluations, and discharges
• Provide comprehensive women’s health care in Labor & Delivery
• Average patient volume: 10–20 patients per day
• Work collaboratively with one laborist and one APP per shift
• Physician support always on site

 

Requirements

• Active Massachusetts license required
• Active DEA and CSR required
• Experience in Labor & Delivery and women’s health required
• Comfortable managing deliveries and assisting with obstetric procedures
